The company where everything started. Jos Family Law, Inc. was built by an attorney who went through the family court system himself and came out the other side knowing exactly what clients need and what the system too often fails to provide. The practice covers family law, business law, and related matters — with the same standard Mr. Jos set when he was fighting for his own child.
He didn’t stop at building one firm. He identified a problem the legal industry wasn’t solving: talented law graduates who want to practice independently but can’t compete against established firms financially or structurally. His solution was a CRM system, an operational framework, and an affiliate and of counsel structure that gives new attorneys the infrastructure, mentorship, marketing support, and guidance to build practices of their own. The state bar prohibits franchising. Binoye found another way.
